It has been a long time since I’ve attended a wedding.
It was for my granddaughter Emily, the little girl with the amazing musical talents.
One day, at about the age of 10 or 12, Betty and I were visiting our son’s house and saw Emily at the piano running her fingers up and down the keys, her hands crossed and fingers flying.
“Grandma, grandpa, watch me.”
We did. What we saw was an unbelievable display of talent.
She got under the piano facing us, her hands were overhead and playing the piano (a remarkable and awesome display of skill which was unforgettable to us).
Now, little Emily is getting married.
Emily, radiant both in face and wedding dress; Ha’ile happy as he could be.
